Shipping Policy

All products are shipped fully insured.
If the item arrives completely damaged or is beyond repair, a replacement will be issued.
For minor or repairable damage, we will reimburse repair costs.

Photos of the shipping box, courier labels, and any visible damage

This information must be submitted within 3 days of delivery for an insurance claim to be processed.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only for damaged or incorrect items.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Important Shipping Notice

If the buyer does not respond to the shipping carrier or refuses delivery (due to customs or other reasons), the package may be destroyed by the shipping company after 5 days. In such cases, no refund or claim will be honored.
