Shipping & Insurance Policy

• All items are 100% insured during transit.

• If an item is fully damaged and beyond repair, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

• For minor damages, we will reimburse the repair cost.

If your item arrives damaged:
Please provide us with:

• Clear photos of the inner and outer damage

• Images of the box and all shipping labels
  This documentation is required to file an insurance claim and offer you a resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if you receive an incorrect or damaged item.

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Additional Shipping Policy

If the buyer does not:

• Respond to the courier,

• Accept the shipment, or

• Clear customs within 5 days of arrival,

The shipping company may destroy the parcel. In such cases, no refunds, replacements, or claims will be honored.
