Handmade Vintage Black Leather Messenger Laptop Bag (18")

This bag looks fairly high quality. I bought it for a theater prop and I have to say, it will be used in many shows!! It's sturdy, has a nice leather look (not sure if it's real leather or not) and the color is perfect. It was used for one show last month and already got pulled for the next show! I would recommend this bag to anyone looking for a bag to hole their laptop and work supplies.

It is exactly as pictured. The bag is soft and big enough to hold all of my stuff, including my laptop. Perfect for lugging around everything I need while still looking professional.

This bag was so highly reviewed that I was skeptical about the reviews and looked at it in my wish list for a few weeks. Then a coupon came up that saved a few more bucks on the already low price and I took a chance. All I can say is that the reviews aren’t lying! It’s a GREAT basic leather messenger bag! I’ve received lots of praise for the bag. It’s very impressive! First impression, I wondered how long it was gonna hold up. It does have a distinct leather-good smell out the box and just looks too good to be true. After 3 months of daily use where I’ve put it through its paces, all I can say is WOW! I’ve TRIED to break it by not shying away from my regular work and it has taken everything I’ve thrown at it and asked for more. Being in the IT industry, I sometimes have to carry around multiple laptops. My everyday carry is 2 laptops, a 15.6” Dell ultra book and a MacBook Air, which it handles perfectly. I’ve had 5 devices and a leather portfolio in the bag and it held up just fine, zipped closed and all. It has been rained on, sat in a hot car in Texas in August and still looks new. A nice patina is just now beginning to form as the leather is releasing some of the new leather stiffness and relaxing. Looking forward to the “look” the leather will develop over time. For a bag acquired around $30-40, it outperforms bags that are 3-4x the price.

He’s also received several compliments from colleagues. The design is very intuitive, with the top handle allowing him to slip it off his shoulder and into his hands quickly. We would definitely recommend this briefcase.
