2. Customs Duties & Taxes: All applicable import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. About the Mirror Glass:

   • Mirror glass is not included in the price.

   • However, we usually send it free of cost with the frame (as a complimentary item).

   • Since mirror glass is fragile and not covered by courier insurance, any damage during transit is not our responsibility.

   • We use high-quality protective packaging to minimize such risks, but in rare cases of breakage, buyers will need to replace the mirror locally at their own cost.

   • All other parts of the frame are fully insured.

Handling & Shipping

• Production Time: 2 to 3 weeks for bone inlay and MOP inlay items.

• Shipping Time: 5 to 7 business days.

• All items are fully insured. In case of complete damage or irreparable defects, a full replacement will be provided. Minor damages that can be repaired will be reimbursed accordingly.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery only for damaged or incorrect items.

• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the buyer.

Additional Shipping Policy

If the consignee fails to respond to the shipping agency, refuses to receive the item, or does not clear customs within 5 days of arrival, the shipment may be destroyed. No refunds or claims will be entertained in such cases.
